Built by engineers who wire homes for a living.
Delam Advance Technologies started with a simple observation: most "smart" homes are really just a pile of disconnected apps. We set out to build systems that work as one.
Our story
Delam Advance Technologies began as a small team of electrical and network engineers taking on automation projects for friends and referrals around Lagos. As requests grew from single rooms to entire properties, that same team formalised into a company built specifically around integrated home and building automation.
Today, we design, install, and support systems for homeowners, landlords, and businesses who want their lighting, security, climate, and entertainment systems to work together — not as separate apps competing for attention on the same phone.
Every project still passes through the hands of the same senior engineers who started the company, regardless of whether it's a single apartment or a full estate.
Mission & vision
Mission: to make advanced automation simple enough that a household never has to think about it.
Vision: to be the automation partner Lagos property owners call first, from a single smart lock to a fully networked estate.
What guides our work
-
Built to last
We spec equipment for Lagos conditions — power fluctuations included — not just the showroom floor.
-
One point of contact
A single project lead sees your installation through from consultation to handover.
-
No lock-in
We document every system we install, so you are never dependent on us to understand your own home.
-
Support that continues
Installation is the start of the relationship, not the end of it — we monitor and support what we build.
What working with us looks like.
Engineer-led installs
Every system is designed and signed off by a senior engineer before installation begins.
Realistic timelines
You get a written project schedule up front, and we communicate early if anything shifts.
Support that answers
A direct line to your project lead, plus priority support once your system is live.
